    Stable Change

Why This Value Is Important to Me

This Value resonates more with me because it is completely real. Stable change I feel is not something that a whole lot of people think about especially in these times since everything is coming at us so fast in this day and age. Think about it like this, it is like phones. As soon as one model comes out you have another one to replace it before people have actual time to adjust to the first one. Now this is a very small example but imagine if the government passed a law that not everyone was ready for and the people who disagreed with it did not have time to react and the expectation was to just accept it and move on. This is usually the outcome.

If Society is Ignored

If ignored and not properly  heard or taken care of people will revolt against new change this is also basic psychology people will move with the herd and attract more to the cause and sometimes the cause means revolting against change. However this is not always the case. It is important for any government to pay attention to its people and hear their opinions when it comes to change and matters that would affect the wellbeing of the citizens of any country or region. People want to be in the loop of events and people when they settle with how things are can get “comfortable” with the way things are and their current situation. When change is forced and implemented into everyday life people can become defiant and rebellious and the results can be devastating in the world and society at large

Slow Change = Comfortability and Quality of Life

When there is a process to change and when things are taken step by step and not forced upon the public there is room for discussion and there is the ability to have healthy disagreements and open and reasonable conversations with one another. Now there is still the possibility that there will be those select few that shall display a strong disagreement and dissatisfaction but more than likely those disagreements shall be voiced and not demonstrated in an aggressive manner. There is a stable change when people get the opportunity to adjust and ease into the changing environment that is being formed around them. 

Something Going on in Today's World

Take China as an example, If they were to adopt a more democratic and diplomatic structured system within its government instead of the current government system of the CCP (Chinese Communists Party). The Chinese public would most likely not know how to handle such a drastic change implemented onto them. It would be an immeasurable amount of chaos for everyone involved including the government with them being more than likely not knowing how to adjust to such a foreign method. More interestingly enough take the recent conflicts within the world such as the Ukrainian-Russo War, The effects on the region have been devastating. The aftereffects of war will stain the countries and families affected by it for years to come on all sides involved with the conflict, However when it inevitably begins  to subside to a close, there will be a need for that stable change so people can have time to get back onto their feet after all of the destruction comes to an end and hopefully it does as soon as possible.
